Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers committed to saving the world one community, One Child at a Time.

Our 56th annual Pancake Day will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at East Stroudsburg South High school. We expect to serve nearly 900 meals. It is by far our largest fundraiser of the year. We rely heavily on the generosity of our community to keep costs down.

Our previous food sponsor Pocono Produce was sold recently so we are in a need of orange juice, & pancake mix.

As a valued member of the community, we hope you will consider making a donation to help make our Pancake Day a success.

We sponsor 5 Kiwanis youth leadership groups in Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg South. They include Key Clubs in the high schools, Builders Clubs in the middle schools and K Kids in the elementary schools and also an adult group known as the Aktion Club whose members are adults with educational, social, physical and intellectual challenges.

We annually award $11,000.00 in scholarships, six $1250.00 scholarships and seven $500.00 citations to seniors in all Monroe County high schools including Notre Dame and Monroe Career and Technical Institute.
We support and help with holiday bell ringing to benefit the Salvation Army and recognize Boy Scout Eagle Awards and Girl Scout Gold Awards

These are a few examples of the work we do in Monroe County with the funds we raise and we hope that you will assist us.

We of the Kiwanis of Stroudsburg, PA Monroe County would like to come to spread cheer with you on your radio show possible next week if available time slots of December 8, 9, or 10 or even 11.

Thank You! Your time is greatly appreciated!

Yours truly,

Julianne Lee Anderson-Siptroth
